I am writing to respectfully inform the Supreme Court of the Philippines of a change in my email address and to inquire about the status of my petition.
My name is Joaquim Pedro de Morais Filho, Brazilian national, currently residing in Caucaia, Ceará, Brazil. I filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus as representative and next friend of former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
The petition was submitted to the Supreme Court, En Banc, Manila. In the original pleading, it was filed under G.R. No. (to be assigned) and has been referred to in subsequent communications as case with G.R. No. E-05708 (Joaquim Pedro de Morais Filho v. Executive Secretary et al.).
Additionally, I would like to know whether there has been any resolution, order, or decision rendered in this case. If a decision has already been issued, I would appreciate receiving a copy or being informed how I can access it.
