Please find attached a Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Subjiciendum filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 by Joaquim Pedro de Morais Filho, acting as Next Friend for Detainee Cole Tomas Allen , following a security incident at the Washington Hilton on April 25, 2026.
